Meet Ed, our youngest technician in the garage!
He first joined the team working two days a week while completing his qualifications at York College, gaining hands-on experience alongside his studies. It quickly became clear that Ed had both the work ethic and enthusiasm needed in the workshop, and he soon progressed into a full-time apprenticeship with us.
After successfully completing his course at York College, Ed took the next step in his development and is now enrolled on a three-year specialist programme at Bicester Heritage, focusing on the restoration and maintenance of classic cars. This advanced training allows Ed to build a deep understanding of traditional techniques, mechanical precision and the attention to detail that classic vehicles demand.
As part of the workshop team, Ed plays an important role in supporting ongoing projects while continuing to develop his skills under experienced technicians. His commitment to learning and his passion for classic cars make him a valuable part of the future of the workshop.
