Meet Dan, one of the skilled technicians behind the scenes in our garage.
Dan began his career with Peugeot back in 2013, starting out as an apprentice and progressing all the way through to Master Technician level. During his time with Peugeot, Dan was even selected to compete in a national technician competition alongside 20 others from across the UK – finishing with an impressive high placing!
Peugeot isn’t just where Dan trained, it’s a genuine passion. Outside of work, he’s currently restoring his own Peugeot 205 GTI, a project that perfectly reflects his attention to detail and love for classic performance cars.
Away from the workshop, Dan volunteers his time with Vulcan to the Sky Trust, helping to maintain aircraft. He’s been involved for around 2–3 years, currently working on a jet and supporting the wider maintenance operation using ground equipment. As the only volunteer with professional automotive experience, Dan naturally takes on a leadership role, coordinating maintenance tasks and supporting the wider team.
Part of that operation even involves a beautiful 1960 Commer Superpoise Van, used to assist with the upkeep of the jets – a perfect crossover of Dan’s mechanical worlds.
From modern diagnostics to classic restorations and historic aviation, Dan brings a rare breadth of experience, passion and leadership to everything he works on.
